Principal Responsibilities:

Ability to guide technically.

Ability to do the code review

Should have strong Oracle PL/SQL and .Net skills.

Ability to identify the reported problem independently.

Ability to write the Feature analysis document in detail.

Should possess good communication and interpersonal skills.

Prior experience in Mediation is a plus.
